What is Freediving?
Freediving is freedom from equipment, noise, worries and stress bringing you back to weightlessness in a hug from sea.
If you have ever held your breath under the water then you have freedived.
At Freedive Egypt we teach you stretching, breathing, relaxation and swimming techniques so you are able to hold your breath for longer and dive deeper in a safe environment.
By completing a freediving course with us you will be able to join like-minded freedivers all over the world exploring the magical underwater environment.
AIDA Freediving Courses
Discovery
AIDA 1
This 1 day introductory course is for those who have never tried freediving before and are ready to learn what it is all about.
Course length: 1 Day

Requirements: Be 18 years old (16 with consent from parent or guardian) be able to swim at least 100m non-stop and be fit to freedive (provide medical certification).

Includes: Manual, Equipment and Insurance.

Freediver
AIDA 2
This is for people with experience of snorkelling and who feel comfortable above and below the water.
Course length: 3 Days

Requirements: Be 18 years old (16 with consent from parent or guardian) be able to swim at least 200m non-stop and be fit to freedive (provide medical certification).

Advanced
AIDA 3
This courses builds on your knowledge from the AIDA 2* course to increase your breathold times and depth.
Course length: 3 Days

AIDA 4
This 3/4 day intensive course teaches you not only how do improve your diving but how to improve how you safety others.

Safety Freediver
This course takes you to the other side of freediving where you are the one keeping divers safe. Allowing them to reach their full potential under your watchful eye.

You already hold a freediving qualification and now want to compete. This course works on your technique in the water, duck dives, turns, protacol and competition rules.
